Dear Adorer,

Thank you for committing yourself for the FIRST FRIDAY ALL-NIGHT VIGIL, (Date), at (name of parish) parish as we pray urgently for LIFE, MARRIAGE, FAMILY, AND PRIESTS. Your commitment allows our church to remain open during the monthly vigil so that anyone may seek our Lord for refuge and strength. For this we are most grateful, as is our Lord.

Please see the attached Monthly Vigil List document to see your agreed-upon hour that you committed to.

Please sign in when you arrive in the sign-in binder.

Should you need to cancel your commitment, please follow the steps below: 

1. Get another adorer or someone you know to take your hour.

2. Check the attached Vigil list (which lists all other adorers scheduled for the Vigil) and try to make a switch with someone for another hour.

3. Check the attached Vigil list and contact the adorer that holds the hour prior or just after your hour to see if they can double-up.

4. Contact (name) at (phone number) as soon as possible and she will take the hour or find a substitute.

5. If you plan to be out of town for an extended period of time or change addresses, phone number or email address we ask that you please call (name) at (phone number) so that a substitute can be found to cover your hour until your return.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The names and telephone numbers are shared among you for the benefit of the ministry alone. They are not to be given to anyone else.
